Really enjoyed our stay here! The air con was amazing and super cool! Staff were really friendly and helpful. Wifi was only available in the corridors but other than that it was great.

Pretty decent accommodation. Actually well maintained. proximity to CST station is a great plus. Staff were helpful. Real value for money. Would certainly visit again and recommend to my friends too.

I had a great experience at the Travellers Inn. The staff were wonderful and very accommodating, and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the room/hotel in general given the price. One thing that I struggled a bit with was the location. Though it is great and very close to some of the central attractions of the city, cab drivers never knew where it was regardless of the business card/map that I was given. I would recommend better directions. But all in all, I had a wonderful stay!

Small cheap hostel in mumbai, you get what you pay for I suppose, it was clean and the aircon and wifi worked great. Night staff not particularly friendly but the day staff are excellent, breakfast not very nice but the location is perfect, 10mins walk to the gateway for the ferry to elephanta island, loads of restaurants around, easy walk to the west coast which is gorgeous, cheap taxi to the markets. 45mins from airport when not in rush hour but still cheap about 400-500 rupees on the meter

The location is great, but there is no room where you can meet people or have a drink. the staff members can be very grumpy and unhelpful. My roommate had a map of the area photocopied from a book, so i went downstairs to the manager to get one as well. when i asked for a map, he said i could go get one at the station. i had to produce my room mate's map to get one too.I wasn't informed about the possibility of a breakfast ( they are losing money here) you cannot lock your room from the outside

Wifi was poor and irregular. Great staff and slum tour!

Wonderful hotel in the heart of one of the fanciest parts of Mumbai - the Ballard Estate. I shared a room with other travelers for one night and moved to a single room for the second. Might seem a bit pricier than other places I visited while in India but, hey, it's Mumbai! You will love the staff! I walked around town quite a bit, so I can report it's 10 minutes walk away from the Marine Drive, and maybe a relaxed 30-min walk to any of the Bazaars. Make sure to check the Horniman Circle Garden!

The dorms are in the last floor so they are very warm and it is so difficult to rest because of the hot temperature and the noise fo the faint.

Pretty decent place to stay considering the rent and location. The reception guy was corteous and helpful. I wanted to say a thank you personally but he wasn't around while we checked out. One suggestion which would like to be passed on is related to breakfast. I would prefer if preferences for breakfast and specially the time it would be served should be asked for in advance(probably at the time of check-in). But overall a very good expereience , nicely maintained place and a courteous staff

I used to live in Mumbai (2009-2011) and have traveled extensively throughout India and stayed in many places. Bearing all that in mind, this place was one the best hotels I have stayed at in India. If you are looking for an "authentic" Indian hotel, this probably will not fit the bill. However, if you want extremely friendly staff, a clean room, a perfect location in Mumbai, free wifi, and great value for money then this is it. The dorm was great and the nearby cafe is popular (locally too)

Good value for the money, unfortunately though I was booked in a single room next ot the kitchen and was woken up every morning by the sound of an endless amount of dishes and silverware being washed.

Great location, the room was basic the covers on the bed were clean but the matterss was not. Wifi only avalible in the hall outside the room. there was no hot water but thats pretty much the normal for budget hotels in India. We did leave our bags in the hall on our last day and they were fine as there is plenty of staff.

While I really appreciate how clean and secure the hotel is, which is so important, I think the hotel is best for an overnight or quick stay, not an extended time. It was challenging to get toilet paper and basic tea/coffee service, and while some of the staff members were wonderful, the management's frustration, rolling their eyes, and getting upset at me when I had travel difficulties means I would look elsewhere next time I'm in Mumbai.
