I stayed here for five days. It is cozy, clean, friendly, safety, quiet hostel, and I feel like staying my friend\'s house. I strongly recommend Traveller Inn. I met nice people here and talk a lot, it was so nice experience for me. Location is convenient, and not noisy area. The hostel manager are very kind and at home. I will come back here again when i stay in Singapore. I DO recommend Traveller Inn. try it!

I wouldn\'t recommend that place. In our first night some bedbugs bite us, and the only otion we had was to take another bed in the same room... The owner gave my bed to another guest... We\'ve seen the bugs, so there must be many of them. Over all, we had to pay a lot for our laundry to make sure that it\'s clean from the bugs. On top we had to pay for the storrage in the groundfloor (there was no extra room for it). There was just one toilet and one shower for 3 six-bed dorms. Don\'t go there!!!

Owner Comment (Show)
Hi Guest, first, on your arrival, we already noticed bites including on your face. Secondly, we went through both beds with you with other house guests in the room and nothing was found. Thirdly, we wash, dry and folded your laundry neatly and left on your bed 'FREE'. Fourthly, we discussed with you if you wish to switch room or preferably check out with refund if you are uncomfortable. Both of you decided to stay on and requested to change bed of which we check again with you the next day and you said it was fine. As you agreed, Hostels accommodate many travellers from all over the world, and it is possible that the bugs are migrated here. We do our best to contain and upkeep the room/bed and regular fumigation as prevention. The new guest whom slept on your initial bed was fine for the 2 nights stay and we have confirmed with him before he check out. We do not understand your last statement, we have more toilets and shower rooms on the ground floor which you can use and you were told on the very first day of your arrival. We always show all guests where the luggage will be placed, there are CCTV and is watch over by our staff. You had many luggage but we waived it too. Please be fair.

The staffs were very kind and let us feel comfortable to be in the hostel. When the jessie explained to us where to go, I was very impressed. She gave me useful information with map and it was really useful during our trip.

The staff was very helpful and suggested me some places to visit in Singapore while I was there. It is very close to Arab quarters and Little India.

a hostel is a hostel so don\'t expect 5 star amenities. after all if you\'re a backpacker what you\'re looking for is basically a place to rest your tired body and legs at night. i guarantee you, you will be out the whole day in singapore . this is bsically what traveller\'s inn will offer you, a respite, an oasis in the desert. however, what it lacks in amenities and comfort, it will make up with the owners\' warmth and enthusiasm in making your stay in singapore truly worthwhile.

Very kind staff. They really care about you, give you advice where to go in Singapore and even try to remember your name. One of the nicest hostels I have been to. The MRT is about 10 minutes away. On the other side of the street is a relatively cheap food court. I`d definetily book this hostel again.

A remarkably welcoming place with tremendously friendly and helpful patrons who truly enjoy Singapore and who set the tone for a nice atmosphere throughout the hostel. The location is great - close to the main sites, little India, and a public pool only a block away. There's no better way to beat the SE Asian heat.

The Hostel is well run, clean and tidy, The Dorms are air conditioned which is important when the weather is a constant 30 Degrees Celsius, Breakfast consists of Tea/Coffee and Toast with Jam/Marmalade/Peanut Butter and is good. I enjoyed my stay at the Hostel with excellent advice and local information with free maps etc from the owners. The Nearest MRT Lavender is only a few minutes walk away, There are food halls very close to the premises where you can eat for £2-£3. Would stay again

Hostel is very conveniently located within 5 mins walk from 2 MRT stations. Stayed in a female dorm for 6 for 3 nights. Very helpful staff, fully equipped with knowledge about trips around Singapore. Dorms with air-conditioning in the evenings, a locker and bunk beds. A little small but clean and tidy, basic facilities all provided, even universal plug points and simple toast, coffee and tea breakfast.

The staff were great, lovely people always happy to help you out. My only issue was with the size of the room, rickety bunk beds and for some reason it smelt pretty bad in our room. The hostel is kind of old but still clean.

Super nice staff, they provided me with a map of Singapore and told me all the nice places to go to. Lots of great food courts are just around the courner. The trainstation is colse so it is super easy to get around in Singapore. I could always use their computer as well as the fast WiFi. Thanks for a fantastic stay!
