This can be booked direct with FNQ Airport Shuttle.
Alternatively, there are taxis costing $22-24.

We are located opposite the Bunda Street Train Station Entrance.
From the Greyhound Bus Stop:
We pick up for free between 7.30am and 8.00pm.
