I was very impressed with the warm and informative welcome tour around the hostel. Only complaints are that oddly there was no bin in the room and maybe more activities to help guests to get to know each other should they wish to do so

Lovely homely hostel. No bunk beds which is FAB and the staff at the front desk are so friendly and helpful. Not a party hostel but it is only a 10 mins (max) walk to find a party.

Really enjoyed my stay in this beautiful hostel. Superfriendly staff, they can nelp you with everything! Perfect, can only recommemd it!

I really enjoyed my stay at Travellers Oasis. I stayed at a couple of hostels in Cairns and this one has to be one of the best I have stayed at in Australia! The staff were really great & knowledgeable about the tours and I liked the way that they remembered the guests names. I did not want to stay in a party hostel again and i loved how Travellers Oasis was so chilled out. Had a very relaxing stay there and met a bunch of great people over a sack of goon. Will definitely stay again!

That atmosphere in this place is unlike any other. We were sad that we only stayed 1 night. Relaxed and very comfortable, would definitely stay again!

Got great help booking tours from the friendly staff. Close to a big shoppingcenter with cinema for days of rain and a 10-15 min walk toh town center.

The staff of the hostel is amazing, always very helpful ! The rooms are good and the shared bathrooms are very clean. This is a very good hotel which I recommend :-)

Definately the best hostel i ever stayed in, where ever i was. The friendlyness of the staf, awesome look & feel of the hostel, the rooms, the location, all perfect. It feels as if your on an a tropical island. I even liked the toiletpaper :). And hammocks everywhere! Nice :)

We spent such a great moment in Travellers Oasis, that's why we came twice. The friendly staff is very very helpful to prepare activities and transport (shuttle and care hire). This hostel is very well decorated and quiet, the swimming pool is big enough to get relax. The bedrooms are nice and well decorated too. We found everything we needed for an enjoyable stay in Travellers Oasis. The only thing is that the road can be noisy in the morning. The BBQ's night was a great moment too.

Awesome hostel! Having a single bed was amazing real easy place to meet people, and not a party hostel so you can chill out use the free wifi to watch a film without people screaming there heads off. Very relaxing place

This was an AMAZING hostel! I wish I could have stayed longer. The staff were so friendly and helpful, I got to sleep in a real bed for the first time in weeks and it was like a tropical oasis with the pool and plantlife. It wasn't too far from town and it was nice to be out of the busyness of the town.

Great hostel! The atmosphere is really cosy and the staff is very helpful with the booking of all your tours and other activities. We would definitely recommend staying in this hostel!

Great hostel, helpful staff!

This hostel was the best we've stayed in in Australia. The guys on the desk (think it's Helen and Mickey) have a gift for hospitality, giving us a full tour and helping with any queries, as well as remembering names etc. The little touches also made the difference, like the friendly signs, fridges in dorm rooms and the nice lounge area. Wished we'd stayed there earlier! Thanks!

Nice hostel and facilities, no bunk beds. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean and adequate. Staff was very helpful booking tours. A little bit further to the town center but right next to the grocery store.

Really good hostel, nice environment but would hurt to clean the bathrooms more oftenly
