Travellers Palm is a place where you can relax, recharge and refresh yourself. You\'ll experience a friendly atmosphere, a personalized service and a sense of airy and cozy ambiance.

SIMPLE COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST 7am - 11am
HOT/WARM WATER DISPENSER 24hrs
AIR-CON ROOMS 8pm - 8am
HOT/COLD SHOWER 24hrs
LINEN provided without extra charges
LUGGAGE STORAGE Rm2/day
SAFETY LOCKERS Rm2/day
TRAVEL INFO 9AM - 5PM
AIRPORT SERVICE (chargeable) to notify 24hrs before.
LAUNDRY SERVICE Rm15/load of 5kg
Reception Operation hour - 9AM TO 11PM
After 11PM- by appointment ONLY- to notify the hostel
Check in time - 1300hrs
Guests may arrive earlier(after 9am) and leave their luggage at the hostel but access to rooms will not be granted until after 1300hrs.
Checkout time - 1200Noon or a full rate will be applied.
Guests are expected to check-in within 4hours of their flight/bus/train or other mode of transportation of their ETA(estimate time arrival). Please advise Travellers Palm of any delays beyond this time, or we will consider of cancelling your booking and your rooms will be opened for other bookings.
