Always stay here when in KL. Central location, walking distance to shopping, food, transport and night life. Very clean and comfortable.

Suzy and her daughter bring such a positive atmosphere to the hostel. They are so welcoming, kind, and warm. The mother/daughter combination really helps to create a family atmosphere. All the guests were kinds as well and had great suggestions for travel plans. The location is right off one of the main drags in Bitang, so it's quiet but close enough to the bustling area. A great find! I'll definitely return!

I had a very nice stay here. Very good location and friendly staff.

Travellers Palm was clean, well-appointed and centrally located. The owner, Suz, was very helpful and friendly (she accommodated my very late arrival) and her daughter was adorable, if a little clingy. The room I stayed in was large and comfortable, and the air conditioning was definitely welcome. The bathrooms are shared, but my room has a shower and a sink, and walking down the hall to use the toilet was never an issue.

I stayed here in February. The accomodation is clean, comfy beds, air con, free breakfast, free water, free wifi. Good location near busy streets, but still quiet at night. Suzy was amazing, ringing other hostels for me when I forgot to extend my stay. I would definitely stay here again! Neil

Suzlynna and her daughter were very nice and helpful. The hostel is near to the train station as well as Jalan Alor, where restaurants and food stalls are around. A street full of bars is just around the corner too. The room was clean and tidy with beautiful decoration.

Thoroughly recommended. Very friendly with good clean facilities, an unhurried and laid back atmosphere, good breakfast facilities and a nice sitting area to meet new friends and socialise. The location is very good, within easy walking distance the main shopping areas and Malls with hawkers food stalls just around the corner. I will definitely be using Travellers Palm again.

Location, staff, cleanliness, breakfast, the balcony, the patio, everything was good. Everything except the thief that checked into the hostel dorm to steal all my gadgets. The hostel is not entirely at fault and they helped me with the police and thanks to other travelers and the manager, the thief was caught and I got my stuff back. Still, maybe if the provided lockers could use your own padlock and if their id verification at check-in was stricter this might not have have happened.

It's a nice place to stay. It's in the center of KL, few meters from Jalan changkat, the place to party. In the night, it's quiet. The staff is really kind.

We had a basic but clean and nice room with our own shower and shared toilet. Lovely owner Suzy makes you feel very welcome and she and Keith - a well travelled Brit who gives Suzy a hand at the guesthouse - can give you good tips about sightseeing, where to get good food and so on. The atmosphere is very homely and the little terrace is a great place to take a break from the busy city. We can strongly recommand this place to anyone who wants to visit KL on a limited budget!!
