We did not like it that we had to pay to leave our luggage an extra day. We did not like the ambiance in the hostel.

My second time here, after staying 18 months ago. Suzy is still as lovely as ever, and of course the great location makes sightseeing the area very enjoyable.

Great place to stay and meet people if travelling alone. Recommend it to anyone travelling to KL. Suzie is the greatest of hosts. Great location 5 min walk to strip of bars 24 hour restaurant 7/11 and major malls. Will definitely stay there again. Vital.

You will have what u are paying. The location is definitely good, near restaurants, shopping centres, metro and petronas is walking is like 20 min walking. First night I was in a dormitory and it was very bad, sheets were not clean, lights in the room did not work, u are asked to not use slippers inside the place but then the toilettes are inside th showers so all the time wet. Private room is definitely better. There is coffee and tea available as well as bread jam in the morning

I was surprised by the hospitality of our host Suzy: full of information and she makes you feel nearly at home. Great location, very animated, especially at night. I took the private room and it was really clean, just what i needed. I will definitly go back there :)

The location is very good, very close to the food and shopping area. But the basic facility is under average. washroom is small and the doors seem not able to be locked. However, the stuffs were very friendly and helpful. Appreciated for that.

We had a very nice stay in a spacious private room with nice resources. The owner is very helpful and the location is amazing. For a hostel/guest house, this is one of our best stays thus far!

I would like to thank Suzy for taking care of us during our stay. Just the kind of place I need to have some rest. Quiet but close to everything you need (food stalls, malls, etc). Though the bathrooms were shared, they were not really crowded. Would love to return there to finish her book collection :D

Negative aspects: - Internet is not reliable and very slow - The hotel is timeworn (plenty of painting stains on the floor, extremely thin walls, woebegone parquet) - Nothing in the showers to hang your belongings; toilets in the shower. - Breakfast is very rudimentary, to say the least (Soy milk...) Positive aspects: - Very convenient location. - Pleasant front yard. Overall: Go for it if you really have no other choices. Quite expensive for what it is.

The owner is very very helpful. The rooms are a bit worn and have a funny smell but the location and staff make it up! Definitely would stay here again.

It was nice but we felt there were lots of additional charges for things that had been free in most other hostels and homestays throughout SE Asia. For example, the internet was not provided free of charge, there was a minimum charge of 15rps for laundry for 5kgs but it costs the same even if you have 1 kgs. Also, the owner made us pay her for her making a phonecall to book our taxi which we thought was a bit much.. She is nice but a comes across as a bit greedy..Location very good!

In fact, a boy who was at the reception called Mr. Ashi is given very good hospitality. But the lady who in-charge was not friendly to us. we felt that lady was quit hard for us to negotiate anything. Also, not helpful. I'm of course not happy with that place.

great hostel! Nice and small, with a good friendly atmosphere, and other great travellers. The owner Suzie was lots of fun and very helpful in helping us get the most out of our time in KL. Will definitely be returning there next time im in KL.

Beautiful room, excellent location-you can walk to the towers, times sq, Chinatown and the monorail is close by. Located on a back street which looks a bit dodgy but the area is well lit at night and there are always people around. The rooms were quiet which was great as KL is bustling so it was nice to come back and chill out. Breakfast was included which was basic but good. Staff were helpful and friendly. The only negative point was the showers weren't very warm.

Was a brilliant stay. Suzy and staff made me feel so welcome....even when I was a bit plastered!!!! The locale is great, right in the heart of eveything, and good night life close by. The place is secure and feels both safe and secure, but at the same time relaxed. The building is from a by gone era, which I also liked. Couldnt go past this place, for a place to stay while in KL. Thanks Suzy, keep up the good work!!!
