Very good welcome at the hotel. The location was really convenient to visit the city. The bathrooms could be cleaner, but except that, everything was pretty ok. I had a really nice stay!

I enjoyed my stay in Travellers Palm, the place was nice, nothing super fancy, but great for a Backpacker. The location is awsome and all the important stuff is within walking distance. I would truly recommend anyone to stay in Bukit Bintang rather then Chinatown, and Travellers Palm is a good option for budget travelers. Also Suzy is super friendly and helpful and makes you feel very welcome.

I travelled alone and received a room without a window, which surprised me a little bit. However the room was very cheap therefore it worthed it. The location is a slum part of the city that disturbed me more than the room. Nevertheless, it was safe, and no problem occured. The Hostess was very kind, she had many rules but that was also ok. Breakfast was toasts and jam, but I could not expect more for that money I have paid for the room.

Bathroom facilities were not comfortable and poor enough to recommend against staying here. Better places with more character and nicer facilities are available for about the same price. Otherwise, it's an OK place to spend a few nights -- in a very good location.

Great place in bukit bintang, you can tell that suzie really cares about her business and maintains it excelently. Really close to Jalan Alor (thebest place to eat in KL and also right near bar clubs and public transport. Suzie and Alex thank you for a great time in KL.

I was kinda ambivalent when I first enter the hostel. The manager of the premise is quite friendly but the reception area and common area is poorly lit with old furnitures and TV set. I was shown to a room where the door is just a piece of wood with hinges, without any handle or lock. It cannot be closed properly. There was no proper hangers to hang my towel in the shower. Floor boards are old and creaky. Overall, the stay is rather unpleasant although the staff is quite friendly.

We did not like it that we had to pay to leave our luggage an extra day. We did not like the ambiance in the hostel.

My second time here, after staying 18 months ago. Suzy is still as lovely as ever, and of course the great location makes sightseeing the area very enjoyable.

Great place to stay and meet people if travelling alone. Recommend it to anyone travelling to KL. Suzie is the greatest of hosts. Great location 5 min walk to strip of bars 24 hour restaurant 7/11 and major malls. Will definitely stay there again. Vital.

You will have what u are paying. The location is definitely good, near restaurants, shopping centres, metro and petronas is walking is like 20 min walking. First night I was in a dormitory and it was very bad, sheets were not clean, lights in the room did not work, u are asked to not use slippers inside the place but then the toilettes are inside th showers so all the time wet. Private room is definitely better. There is coffee and tea available as well as bread jam in the morning
