They are husslers. Thou two confimations, one of them emailed from the owner, we didnt have a room. We ended up paying much more than they originally said.   Read Owner Comments

Room is clean but tiny. Do not have to worry and it's super easy to get away to everywhere in Hong Kong with the subway beside the building. The area around has lots of shops and boutiques, that's fantastic for me!

Aside from the building, everything looks fine for me. Room is clean and there are enough traveler guidelines from the staffs and also placed on the wall. Quite a pleasant stay.

As when i arrived there, the dorms are all full which the staffs made the mistakes, but they sincerely apologized and complimented me with the single standard room. Though the room was tiny and normal but i was impressed by their service. Thank you and i would like to recommend to all travelers.

the 6-bed dorm's quite satisfactory, AC is working perfectly and the security was good as the staff will be at the reception 24 hours.

Like people have said before, you won't have a lot of space, but that's HK for you. The staff were helpful, the place was surprisingly clean, and you can't beat the location!

Coming back again after 1 night in macau, they upgraded me to a single deluxe room for 1 night, it was really nice, kinda a world apart from the dorms.

It appears the "Friendship Hostel" is actually some kind of mix of the USA hotel, Garden hostel, and maybe yet another one. I dunno. The "free wi-fi" doesn't reach most of their rooms and ours didn't have an outlet either. The price is competitive, though and the location is fan-freaking-tastic.

Regardless of the appearance of the building...it's quite ok. It's nice that i had more information before i arrived so that i have a decent expectation.
