Made a booking by mistake and rang the hotel literally 5 minutes after realising the mistake and they refused to cancel the booking and went on to effectively steal €40 from my debit card, they provided nothing and took my money. They also lied saying they couldn't cancel the booking which of course they could.

Not sure why this is on a list of hostels, since it's a hotel. We got stuck here as no other hostels in Limerick had vacancies. It's a typical low-budget hotel, no frills but has hot running water and a bed to sleep in. Just note, they have prices posted for wifi, but if you have a laptop/netbook, you can sit in the lobby and use the wifi for free. Not all staff offer this info up for free. Parking is free also. Only problem is this is not near the city center at all.

Good value for money. For short term ok if u looking for some easy approachable sleeping place. There`s no lobby or something to sit down and talk and there`s no kichen or a microvawe (sometimes u just want to eat quite simple). just rooms and thats it. 1. the rooms had smoke odour although it was prohibited to smoke. they should put more effort to clean. 2. were no toilet paper in one room. 3. the receptionist didn`t tell us there is a possibility to book breakfast there for the next door cafe.

You get what you pay for. That pretty much sums it up. The rooms are clean, but very basic (e.g. a 13" TV with about four channels to choose from). The beds are uncomfortable, but better than sleeping on the floor, right? The only WiFi available (Boingo) is about 15 Euro, so very expensive. The lack of free WiFi was a major disappointment. It's located pretty close to the downtown, to that's a plus. I'd check other options, and only do Travelodge as a last resort.

Hotel was easy to find, at the edge of Limerick. Room was basic, comfortable, but would not trust the cleanness.

Very friendly, helpful and funny staff which made our night at the Mill unforgetable and who made our next day by giving us an inside hint for "sightseeing". The hostel was very clean. The only disadvantage was that there was not Wifi but again the staff helped us with his computer. Worth a visit.
