It was well equipped, with very friendly staff, but a little bit more of a walk to town

The staff were friendly, polite and very helpful - particularly the lovely cleaning lady who restocked our room so efficiently and was very obliging. Location not great, (20 mins walk to town centre) but fine considering the cheap price of the rooms.

Better if you have a car. Anyway it's just 20 min walk from city centre.

This hostel is unfortunately far from the city center. It's clean and nice, but not so comfortable.

- There is no breakfast included, but there is a restaurant next door. - It's located a little outside the city center, but since waterford isn't very big, it's alright. - The price of around 17€ for a 3 bed room is ridiculously good.

clean, cheap and good.

For 20 euro we got a really nice and clean room, very friendly and welcoming staff, not too far away from the centre and close to Lidl (to buy alcohol) and McDonalds (for food after a pub crawl). I would recomend this hotel because you really get what you pay for :)

We were welcomed by a false fire alarm, but receptionist was very nice. Room was clean. Mattress little bit to soft.

It was great to find a modern, well equipped hotel that suited our needs. The staff were excellent and very helpful.

Did not find this hostel very well run. The directions were dismal and when we called reception to get better directions the girl was very blase and no help at all just told us we couldnt miss it... well clearly you could! we hired a room for 3 and it was only set up for 2. Very clean and comfortable but not very welcoming.

I cannot really comment on the staff as I only saw one - the person who checked me in. If you want to check in early or check out late you have to pay €10 which is ridiculous. There are no public bathrooms (other than those in the bedrooms which is terrible if you really need to go). There is no central 'relaxation area' with a tv, pool table, books etc where you can relax and meet others if you are travelling alone.

typical travelodge. Not too bad really. Only drama was the really loud noise that the toilets made every time you flushed them

the room was good, with tv and free tea and coffe but there's no breakfast, considering it like a hotel. 5 minutes from waterford crystal, but the factory is already closed! it was good value being three people, but the trip was boring. not much to do in waterford neither Tra Mhor..

Well located for Waterford Institute of Technology and Waterford Crystal. Otherwise it is a long way out of town with nothing to do near by
