The hostel is ok for the price, it doesn't have a good common area but the location is good, BUT my experience was the following: the dorms were all booked on Saturday so I arranged a price with one girl from the reception for two nights for three people in a private room, but then I had to put up with another guy from the reception that wasn't happy with that price and was rude all the time with us. This kind of ruined my stay there but the other two people in the reception were OK

You have to put your clothes on in the wet part of the shower as it is really small. It's not that convenient. Further the hostel is great for its price.

two thefts in two day. maybe the codes for the door need to be changed more often ? the toilet is TINY! and only one for the first floor. one key between the toilet and the shower...so if someone is showering and has the key u wont be able to lock the door in the toilet!... VERY easy to fix! just put a bolt on the doors! location was ok. staff were nice, but still new and finding there feet i think.

The employees were very helpful. They arranged our tours for the caves and our tickets for the thermal baths. We knew we would be sharing a community bathroom but I didn't think that would be a community mirror and 1 outlet. As a girl I would have been nice to have a mirror in our bedroom for getting ready in the mornings. The code to get from the front desk to the rooms was the same code from the hall to our actual room which made me uncomfortable knowing other rooms knew the code to ur room.

We liked it, though the shower in the hostel was not that good cuz it shoot water right under the wall and you had to stick your body to the wall to get wet. Else than that it was ok!!!!!.

Convenient location. Very close to the Synagogue, and to the city centre. I was impressed because my stay in the 8 bed room was so cheap that I wasn't so demanding. But everything was better than expected. Kitchen, rooms and toilets were very clean, and a girl was cleaning the facilities few times a day. Kitchen allowed you to cook there, as you had all the needed stuff. Oven, pans, dishes, microwave, two fridges... Room was ok, good temp. and staff was really nice and help

I absolutely loved this place. The staff seems to be a family living there and they are so kind and friendly. They don't all speak perfect english however. The place is very modern and looks brand new. It's a very green hostel which I liked. It is pretty easy to find just follow the directions they give online. This was actually probably my favorite hostel I stayed in during my month of travel, especially considering how inexpensive it is. It's very safe, close to all of the ruin bars. :)

We stayed 5 nights in the 11 beds apartment, it's was a really good choice and we couldn't believe how incredibly cheap and cosy it was. The beds and the bathrooms were perfect, the kitchen really useful, we had chair, tables, big windows ... Most of the staff was really cheerful even if they didn't always spoke a good english. If you're a big group and aren't looking for a youth hostel atmosphere, I think it's the wisest choice you could do, I repeat : cheap and cosy.

Hostel is a great value for money and it has an excellent location (it's easy to go around from here). Staff was very friendly and helpful. One thing we missed in our rooms were some closets to put our stuff and one upper bed was missing a fence and a ladder. Toilets could be a bit cleaner..but it was new year and the hostel was really packed with people..so I'm sure it's cleaner otherwise. I would reccomend it to other people.
