On our arrival we were told that nothing was booked for us! So we were left to our own devices to do something to find. We have contact with you and had received little support! So we were in Austria without a room! Everything you wanted to do our Administration fee refund! I want a confirmation that this is the case. I think you'll give the stay very lax! I will never go through your books and I understand that Treff Platz no longer
