Cancellation Policy
This property has a 1 day cancellation policy.Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.
Things to Note
We have disabled access rooms and bathrooms.
When checking in we request that a passport or drivers licence must be produced for ID purposes.
Any person under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
If you are placing a reservation for more than one person in a four or six bed dorm we cannot guarantee that you will be allocated beds in the same room. Please ensure that you make a request at time of your booking and we will do our very best to accommodate your group together in one room.
Our reception is open daily from 7.00am until 10.00pm. If you will be arriving after our reception closes please contact us on 0800 86 87 35 or book@trekglobal.net before 10.00pm so we can issue you with the after hours check in instructions.
Guests under the age of 18 are not permitted to stay at Trek Global unless accompained by a guardian over the age of 18.
