Friendly staff!

Clean and value for money considering it's in Singapore. Ensure all valuables are always locked away.

One of your staff is not that accommodating.

A group of five macho men from Banga, South Cotabato, Philippines stayed at Tresor tavern in Jalan Besar, Singapore we stayed here for 4days and three nights, and we enjoyed our stay in this hotel. As a traveler we encountered warm and accommodating hotel personnel, the place is clean including the comfort rooms, good aircon, near to shopping malls, and bus stop. I plan to bring my family in Singapore and stayed at Tresor Tavern.

wifi signal on the upper floor is not that strong

need to give more importance on cleanliness and building decoration and furniture in the hostel and need to give more honor to the customer. staffs need to more trained up on customer relationship with good behavior. Wifi system is not working properly from all of the floor which need to resolve this issue ASAP. Customer booked seat can be visible by website which booked seat will be displayed as per country based and customer can print their booked confirm seat before going to the hostel.

Laundry needs to improve.. either convenient for guests or better services..

This Hotel is Nice,but when we check in or check out need to take a long time,almost 25 min.. then the locker where i was using in the room is spoil ,cant lock also~ the worst thing is,the staff didn't refill the shower gel n shampoo in shower room.. >

I was shocked to be almost beaten up by a psycho maniac who wanted to raped my female roommate from Korea. Other than that incident, i would say the overall performance for the hostel would be a pleasant one. It was my first time going on a trip alone and if the front desk could be more friendly on guiding step by step on the registration and signage of here and there, it would be an awesome Customer Service.

Clean room not great. Did not change the sheets. Rooms a little small. Bed appears to be unsafe. Some staff are not smiling.

Blanket are too small like a towel. at night feel so cold !!

Nice hostel, many times I am here

Nice place to stay ,v close to lil india lots of cheap place to eat that opens til v late some to complains the wifi rarely works,showers on 3rd floor r nightmare, one of the sink is blocked n one of the showers door cant b locked,the ceiling in the room is very very dusty there is ktv nextdoor that could get really noisy til 3am just some honest reviews to help make the hostel better
