Lovely hostel, nice big lounge area with a nice warm fire, lovely to come into on a very wet day. Bed was comfy, everything nice and clean. It was like a guesthouse, we got a towel and everything. One of the best hostels we have stayed in, on our trip around NZ. Showers were good, everything was good. The cat and the new little puppy were lovely too :) Interent too expencive as with all YHA's!

Best accommodation we were stayed in in New Zealand! Felt like I was at home. Great accommodation. Watched Coming to America in the Media Room, having that movie available adds triple bonus points! Paddle is cute! Loved the pic and information on paddle at reception :)

Room was a little cramped but big kitchen when only a couple are cooking. Very well equipped with kitchen supplies. Big common area, games and TV room and a spacious outside area nice to eat tea outside. Pretty clean and not too far to walk into town!
