Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Upon arrival we received a complementary fruit plate, a detailed map of the city, available tours and services on offer from the hotel and also a great recommendation for breakfast restaurant as breakfast is not included. Hotel is very clean with all other inclusions. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would certainly stay again. The only criticism we had was the bus company that we booked through the hotel to Mui Ne which was awful.

Extremely value for money. There was nothing to fault with the place whatsoever. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, cheap price, big and spacious room and beds that were clean. Best place we stayed in Vietnam

To everyone at the Truong Giang Hotel, thank you so much for a wonderful stay at your hotel. To my fellow travelers wanting a place to stay in Nha Trang this hotel is great. They provide you with all the information you need to make your stay in Nha Trang happy, fun and safe and its a two min walk to the beach. If I am ever back in Nha Trang I will definitely stay here again.

Standard twin private: The room was of a good standard with soft beds, a fridge, a TV and air conditioning unit. The ensuite was also satisfactory, although the hot water was sometimes absent. The location is also excellent, situated a few minutes walk from the beach and surrounded by great restaurants and bars. Giang and Quoc are both full of useful information and really give off the impression that they want your stay in Nha Trang to be perfect. Highly recommended as a budget option.

An excellent value hostel with clean and comfortable rooms. The hostel is in an excellent location but is quiet. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We wished we could have stayed longer!

The lovely staff here is what makes this place really special. They have the best recommendations of where to go and we loved the resturants and tours they recommended. The room was clean and the free fruit was a nice touch. They even let us rest in a room when we checked in at 5am as our room wasn't ready. A short walk to the beautiful beach too. We were very happy here.

One of the best hotels i've been to on my travels. Very nice and helpful staff, really nice rooms, just perfect to spent some days there. I'll recommend it to my friends and if I would come back to Nha Trang I would definately stay there again. Makes you feel home! A big thanks to the staff for everything!

We did not like the city, so only stayed for 2 nights, but the hotel was very good. Very helpfull and friendly staff, they help you the best they can. Rooms were ok. All you need when visiting a city. Bit hard to find, as they are down in an alley.

The hotel was quiet (what we wanted in noisy Nha Trang), clean and well located for many of the restaurants and the beach. Our own room was a little small, but the air conditioning worked well. The hotel didn't provide a breakfast but they recommended a good cafe (mecca) which was cheap at $2.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is good but, the hotel is a little hard to find at first as it is down a side street. Overall, good and I would stay here again.

Great hotel in a great location, but a bit hard to find. Staff are super helpful, and the rooms/bathrooms are very clean.

We had a really god stay at the hotel. Enjoyed the tremendous service from the staff, that tried everything they could to make the stay as perfect as possible. They even gave us a little christmas present, as we stayed over christmas. Were really corporative and understanding, when we had to pay a bill for painting the room, as we had decorated the wall with some christmas stuff. The room, two twin beds, was in good condition and had all the basic stuff.

Staff were very helpful. The room was basic but clean and a good deal for the money, although our toilet tended to make lots of strange sounds and sometimes spray water..?

Good stay, affordable and clean rooms. Nice staff and near both cheap and good restaurants. If we go there again we would stay there.
