The rooms are pretty small. For the price I am pretty sure it's the best deal you can in Tokyo. You have to take in mind it's like 30-40 minutes by metro from big areas such as Shinjuku, Roppongi and Shibuya. The facilities were clean but it's a little bit old but the value for money is excellent. The mattress was comfortable. They accept credit card so it's nice and there are laundry room and a public bath (but I didn't use it so I don't know how is it)
