Very nice hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff ( someone mentioned that they are over-friendly). Good locations and the area is bit quiter which is good thing in Hanoi. Highly recommended!

Very nice place for a few days. the staff is very friendly (too friendly sometimes) but if you stay here you will have a great time. I have to go often to Hanoi and it's gonna be my regular place.

I had a great stay at the Tu Linh Palace 2. The location of the hotel is ideal - in the Old Quarter - with plenty of things to see and do nearby. The hotel is very clean with comfortable rooms and the staff are really friendly and helpful. They helped book a great trip to Halong Bay and also arranged transport to the airport and other parts of Hanoi at very reasonable prices. It's pretty cold in Hanoi at this time of year so I was glad to come back to a nice warm room at the end of each day!

This is the best place we have stayed in Vietnam. The staff is the best in the world . Genuinely friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and very clean. The bed was also very comfortable. Good free breakfast. Great location.

I loved my stay at Tu linh hotel. The location is near the shopping areas, the rooms are very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Chin, the receptionist/manager, was very helpful everytime I needed help. I highly recommend tu linh to those who want to stay in a boutique hotel.
