Great value for money. The staff is extremly helpful...(thank you tim) They will literally try to help u everyway they can. The rooms are clean and very modern. The breakfast is nice and u can have coffe tea lomade for free during the whole day. I would definatley recomend it to anyone

We booked a Deluxe room with Tu Linh, but they offered us a free upgrade for the Honeymoon Suite room (just because it was vacant) for all 3 nights! The kindness didn't stop there - we would be offered drinks and fruits every time we touch base in the hotel. The staff were very, very friendly and have become our friends, always sensitive and attentive to our needs. Our room was nothing short of wonderful! Very spacious, very clean, and had a great vibe to it! :)

Probably the best value for money in Hanoi, an amazingly friendly and helpful staff and a great hotel with beautiful rooms and a constant supply of Vietnamese coffee and fruit! I would stay here again if I came back to Hanoi.

We had a lovely experience at Tu Linh Palace, staff were extremely friendly, knowing us all by name. Very helpful in organising activities. Always fresh fruit and tea, coffee juice to have anytime of the day, and breakfast was nice. Would stay here again.

Amazing Hotel! The hotel itself was clean and centrally located but what really sets this place apart is the staff. I've never stayed at a place with a more friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond our expectations at every turn, whether it was giving us breakfast and a room immediately when we arrived unannounced at 4am and only charging us for one night (most places would charge from 4-11 and from 11 on as 2 days) or paying for our taxi to the train station. 10 STAR STAFF!

All the staff are really nice and helpful. Everything's was clean, and a lot of details to make our stay like home. Enjoyed staying there.

This is a good Hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, personable and assisted us with all our questions and most of our needs. It's new a modern, the location isn't bad either and all the facilities were fully functional. There was a slight mix up concerning our arrival and when we were told our room was being upgraded we were slightly disappointed to receive a downgrade.

The staff was fantastic, very helpful. I would stay here again.

Tu Linh Palace Hotel is a nice place to stay in Hanoi.Excellent location.Clean and cheap.The rooms are very nice just like the ones you get in 4 stars hotels.The staffs are very polite , friendly and helpful.The internet is very fast when they get it to work :)

A great little hostel. Very good value for money in the heart of Hanoi. The staff went above and beyond. They even helped us call the train station when we had a problem with our ticket and when we had to extend our stay for one more night, they upgraded us to the Honeymoon suite. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved this hotel. Staff were definitely the highlight. As soon as we got in the cab to the airport I missed them haha. They make you feel so incredibly special. Great location. Down the road from the weekend night markets which were great. Didn't feel unsafe in the area at all. Good breakfast. Included and can order several meals without extra charge!

Staff were incredibly friendly, warm and helpful. They always ask you how your day was, what you got up to etc, have a small chat with you. They were also always asking if you wanted any help (and kept on giving us fruits!). The room and bathroom was very modern and clean. The room was a bit small, but manageable. I had an issue with the plumbing. After I showered, I was walking around the room and noticed that as I stepped on some of the wooden planks a little bit of water would come out.

Excellent hotel. Service is some of the best I have encountered after 3 months in south east asia. I have stayed here twice and will again before I fly out. I highly recommend.

Very good hotel in the centre of the old quarter. Staff were exceptionally helpful and eager to please. Service was excellent and comparable to any top end hotel!

We stayed in this hotel twice in the last couple of weeks. Tim and the rest of the team were brilliant and nothing was to much trouble. They went out of there way to help us with questions we had about the city. This hotel and the wonderful people of Vietnam made our holiday special in ever way.

My partner and I had a wonderful time staying at Tu Linh. The service was incredible and the staff are the kindest and most helpful out of any hotel I have ever stayed at. I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you.
