While the small room I was given was on the 4th floor with what felt like 4 trillion steps, it was a nice place to stay. It got a little noisy as there are vents directly onto the hallway. This was annoying because a small child on my floor liked to scream and the family loved Durian so the smell was everywhere. Staff was fantastic.
Clean, quiet, mega cheap - you can get your own room for £4.70. Staff were really friendly
The owners of this Hotel are very nice and helpful. They give a yummy breakfast, and provide you with good tips. If you don't mind a 5-10 minutes walk to the city centre, this hotel is definitely worth a stay.
Cannot thank the staff enough! Amazing stay, Jenni and her family really went above and beyond, most friendly and welcoming people in my 2 years if travel.

A lovely family run small hotel that feels like home away from home. We were greeted by hot tea upon arrival and the staff organised everything for us. ( our canyoning tour and bus to HCMC). Very helpful and friendly staff...breakfast was great. Would definetly stay here again.
Had a great stay here - we had a few issues and the staff went above and beyond to help us sort them out. The breakfast included was wonderful and we felt very safe through out our stay. We are now facebook friends with the staff and feel very fortunate that we chose Tulip Xahn to stay out.
This place is a great bargain and will suit anyone in a budget. Our double room was huge with a en suite and balcony! It's a bit out of town but it's a 10/15 walk to town. The staff are very helpful and when we did have a issue with the room they were quick to transfer us to another room. It's by no means a party hostel but it is a cheap place to stay where you get a lot of bang for your buck!
