Room was clean (everything quite new) , but in our room we've got only beds and a hanger. There were any pots or pans in a kitchen (only cups).

As an extra service we allow our guests to make use of our limited kitchen, as well as provide them with COMPLIMENTARY coffee and tea! We do NOT promote and/or try to sell our facility with kitchen access, so everything our guests receive in addition to the room should be seen as an extra bonus! Criticism of this is thus irrelevant.

Very clean, modern rooms. Very private. Kitchen supplied. Best roof deck ice encountered so far. Great for couples.

the stairs were a big downfall of this property, made you not want to go back out after youve came in as you knew you where gonna be facing a lot of stairs, which is very tiring.

On ALL our pages we CLEARLY indicate and mentioned the fact that our residence is located on the 4th floor. We have had people of age stay with us (AND aware of the situation prior to arriving!), whom have had NO complaints. If ones physical condition or any other reason for that matter, is not in a state to climb 4 flights of stairs, a more appropriate accommodation should be chosen and NOT complain about this afterwards!
