Waited for 7 hours to be checked in. Half our fault because we arrived at 1am, half their fault because they advertise that they have 24 hour check in.

for an overnight stay close to the LCCT its pretty dam good. about an hour away from KL central, but otherwise everything you would expect from an airport hotel. 4 stars. (the room is small and they charge for A/C and other minor amenities
