The rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated, and excellent value for money. Staff are very helpful arranging transport, sightseeing trips, and selling public transport tickets, etc. The breakfast in the morning was very tasty. Highly recommended.

The location was superb. Very close to the market square and bus/ train stations. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was varied as for a hostel. Hostel was full of people from all over the world. Big and comfortable common spaces.

I seriously cannot think of anything bad to say about this place - I do believe it's the best hostel I've ever stayed in. I'll definitely be going back, repeatedly too - I'll be visiting Kraków every three weeks or so given that I live just down the road, and I'm glad I've found the perfect place. A special mention to Ania on the desk too - she's wonderful!

Really really clean, with friendly staff. Great location in the centre but also 5 mins from the train station. I went mid week and it was a little quiet, but I still had a really good time. Would stay again

If you are young, want to drink a lot, go out nearby, make a lot of noise in the weekend, this is the place to be! But if you would like to sleep well in a quite night, better avoid Tutti Frutti hostel. This is a youth hostel for young party animals, and there have to be places like this, but you better know it if you are not like them (anymore).

The hostel is in an excellent location but I wouldn't describe it as the best place I've stayed like other reviews on here. The breakfast was pretty standard but the staff were very helpful and it was clean. While we were there they did keep shuffling people around rooms so maybe watch out for that. The location in Old Town was really great though.

Workers in this hostel seem tired, bored or frustrated a bit. I felt as if I talked to some machine. Maybe because of the strange weather without snow. One of them was friendly, so I cannot really conclude things, though... (Even a boy from a European country had a similar impression, so this impression wasn't only mine.) The equipment of this hostel was mostly the best. Well, but WiFi was slow, & they know it. Hope that they'll find some practical solution. (It is very possible.) I'll be back!
