breakfast would not be included, but you have kitchen available all day to cook your meal, so it gets cleaned twice a day, but if somebody doesn't know there is a rule: "clean right after cooking yourself"

The staff is really nice! the location is not the best one but the instruction is super clear,it's less than 10 mins on foot from MTR and the roads are all straight forward.

The manager of this hostel and his wife were absolutely amazing. They were extremely kind and helpful. the rooms were clean and the bathrooms were cleaned daily. I don't have a single complaint about this place everything for my stay in Rome was amazing. It is a short metro ride to the sites and Rome itself was amazing as well. Will return

usually people say we are far away, but in the area there are plenty of authentic Italian places for your food choice!

It was a pleasant stay, the staff is very helpful for any need and by the way the reception is almost open any time. Great location closed to all the major monuments, if you come to Rome you should definitely stop by at the TwinCities hostel.

Very weird place ful with old men. Far from the center and in a shady street. Def. not staying here again.

I had a nice long stay at the Twin Cities hostel. The best thing about the place is the staff. They are lively, friendly and very helpful. I will definitely go there again, if I go back to Rome. Perhaps the place could have been a bit cleaner, it would have been nice if the bathrooms has a liquid soap dispenser and the kitchen some less battered utensils. But, in spite of all that I don't really want to complain. Thanks Francesco for the delicious cake and the lovely oranges. :)

loud when windows are open and can easily hear people in the common room area in the evenings. Was easy to get into the city via tram and the owners are friendly and helpful at check-in.

Francesco, Caterina, and Gianluca are the BEST!! Extremely kind, fun people who clearly love meeting everyone who comes through their hostel. They go way out of their way to make their guests feel welcome and to be sure everyone has a great time at their hostel and in Rome in general. They gave me a ride to the airport at 02:30 after the Italy/England football match and cracked jokes all the way. My stay there was almost too good. Also it's very close to the Metro station. Ciao!!

Its a nice hostel, good value for money and a friendly environment. The location is a little away from the tourist places.

plz turn off the automatic lights. it`s uncomfortable when you enter the room at night and the light is turning on, making discomfort for others.

I had a great time at TwinCities Hostel. The staff were very nice and welcoming, the hostel itself was relaxed and open. They volunteer to take you to the best pizza in the area, give you tips about certain places in Rome, and always have a great attitude. After you leave they are certain to stay in touch! The showers had hot water, there was a kitchen and nearby grocery store, really great. It was a little hard to find from the metro, so make sure you look at a map before you get off!

A bit far from center. You’ll have to use metro for everything. (Except St. Paolo basilica which is close and worth a visit). Wifi could be better. It wasn’t working some evenings. Showers could have hooks for your stuff! But the place is quite good. Home-like atmosphere, relaxed. Not crowded. Supermarket is 5 min walk. Would stay there if I’m on a budget.

The wifi doesn't work all the time and some guests made a lot of noise

Really friendly staff out and it's a little bit out of the busy city which is nice, but saying that it is really easy to get to the city by metro

The owners were nice, also very helpful and accommodating. While the hostel is outside the main bit of Rome, there is a metro stop a quick walk away that is only a couple of stops from the southern touristy bit of the city (and the tourist area is actually quite easy to walk around). The bonus of being outside the main tourist area is that shops in the area (groceries/gelato/food) are more reasonably priced than in the city. For such a small hostel too, they also do have a number of washrooms.
