Good location, breakfast is just 2 pieces of toast and juice but that's all you really need. Really nice clean rooms would stay again - quite a large hostel but really quiet with helpful staff and good security.

Fantastic hostel. It's well designed (outlets and lights for every bed), rooms are big, location and staff are great. The Flamenco outing was awesome. The hostel is quite large but I had no problem meeting people to hang out with which was great too.

It's a huge hostel and feels more like a hotel. There is everything you need and it's also clean, but if you travel alone it's not that easy to gat to know new people because there are mostly groups staying there.

Probably the nicest hostel I've ever stayed in-VERY comfortable beds! Loved the charging stations each bed had. The negative thing I would say about this hostel is that some of the staff is pretty snooty-I was turned off fast by the attitude of some of the staff (not all). Doesn't have the homey, friendly atmosphere that some hostels have-but maybe that's what makes a "luxury" hostel. It was perfect though for the night before running the Madrid Marathon. For the right price, I'd go back.

Maybe they could have one more toilet for men in each floor.

Very Nice Hostel, quite new. Everything was kept exceptionally clean, staff were helpful. Plenty of activities organised to help meet other travellers etc.

there are too many people partying and making noises and the staff are not "always there" -they forgot to tell me where my pillow is, and i had arrived late. I had to sleep without a pillow the first night because I didn't know they were in the lockers. I just didn't want to wake up other people in the room by going out and in again... not a happy start. but wifi is perfect

The beds were super clean and so well built that there was no squeaking from top bunk! Not to mention surprisingly comfortable for a hostel. Lockers in room. Awesome dining area, TV room, super clean bathrooms, nice computers. Staff was really helpful, patient, and explained everything well. Breakfast is 2 pieces of white bread or you can pay for a "special" breakfast. I wish I had more time to stay because the hosted drinking games looked so hilarious and fun!

Staff is not that friendly and they make purchasing breakfast more complicated than it needs to be.

The hostel is awesome. It's really more like a mini hotel. The rooms, bathrooms, and common room areas are very clean and organized. The staff is friendly, helpful, and really fun to talk to. I stayed on the girls' floor which had swings and a beanbag in the common area. Overall, it was a great experience --comfortable, fun, clean, and fairly priced. I recommend this hostel and plan to return in the future.

This is one of the best hostels I have stayed in, and by far the cleanest. My 12 bed room was big and spacious, with a dividing wall in the middle so it was almost like two 6 bed rooms. Each bed was also big, with a generously-sized quilt. The little hole to keep personal belongings was such a nice touch. Everything was white and spotless, pretty much exactly as the pictures look! The staff were friendly, and I enjoyed the free sangria drinking games and the bar crawl. I'd definitely stay again.

Luxury Hostal is the perfect description. Beautiful building, Fantastic amenities a large movie/game room with a projector screen 3 level seating on cushion. Upstairs in the sleeping area there is a grass (nice fake grass) area with 2 swings, potted plants, a drinking fountain and a internet access point. Spotless bathrooms and showers. Events every night, Breakfast, large dining area and kitchen area for those who like to cook. The staff was great. Much more fun than a hotel.

This is a very clean hostel. The only thing I was disappointed with was the young woman at the front desk, who was very rude and was not helpful in giving advice/direction around the city.

Very good hostel! It takes a big building and is very organized and clean. Nice staff, simple but good breakfast. Great showers and bathrooms. Good location, not the best, but not bad at all. You will definetly not regret to stay here.

This place has EVERYTHING you need, but know that they charge for towels, you should bring a lock for your locker & the common areas are open to the public. Fabulous staff- and I highly recommend joining some group events. As a 38 year old woman, I was happily surprised by how all inclusive it was. The location requires some walking/metro, but well worth it as I found out staying in another place right downtown.
