I liked the swings on each floor. It was very nice and clean like a hotel but it seemed more accommodating towards large groups than individuals.
I stayed here three different times in the course of a month, and was impressed with the friendliness and accommodation of the staff, as well as the facilities and cleanliness of the place. My stays always ran smoothly and the activities provided made meeting people easier. I began to feel like this place was my home. I definitely recommend staying here to anyone. The only gripe I have is the location, which isn't too bad, but earplugs are definitely a necessity.
Best hostel in Europe! Everything works and is nice and comfy and clean. The showers are amazing, the common area is super cute and nice, the staff are so proffesional and welcoming, there is a cinema room!! I could go on and on. So so good. The kitchen is a little small, but there are 2 so its ok! We even got free sangria, seriously this hostel can do no wrong!
Really pleased with my stay! Lift up to floor, 4 bed dorm was spacious and airy, lovely view, good aircon, wifi was spotty but good when it worked, check in and out quick and easy, close to metro, never too noisy. The activities were great - Pablo's tapas night and Erica's walking tour especially. The bars on the pub crawl were a little colourless and same-y, though.
Staff are so rude, couldn't care less about anything you need. Breakfast was meant to be 'free' but were asked to pay extra for cereal and coffee.
It is a bit of a walk to the main center of town, but it's nothing to bad. One day we got lost coming home so make sure you pay attention on your way to the city center. The activities provided at the hostel are really good, and the staff that take them, Pablo and Harriette are so fun. They really made the experience.
the rooms are spaciouse, and the biulding is nice.
Really fun hostel, good pub crawls and walk tours too. Definitely worth staying there and would def go back.
SUCH a nice hostel with GREAT workers (Harriet and Pablo). Enjoyed the walking tour and Flamenco night.
The hostel is amazing, you will not believe on the facilities you get for the value you pay. I highly recommend the activities organized by the staff. The guides Pablo, Harry (sorry if I wrote it wrong), Viviana and Patricia were awesome and contributed a lot for our awesome time in Madrid. Do NOT miss the pub crawl, drinking games, tapas experience and flamenco performance. For places to eat outside the hostel I recommend places full of old people, they are the "real" locals.
Activities like flamenco and walking tour with Pablo and Harri were great!
I loved this hostel! My favorite part was the walking tour with the twins. They were so fun to listen to and they were knowledgeable about Madrid and they made it interesting. They also took us to a private flamenco dancing concert later that night with Pablo and it was amazing. The hostel was in a great location close to the metro and a walk to the main square. The bathrooms could be cleaner but it was still great.
Nice and helpful staff and great facilities, one of the best hostels I have been too
This Hostel is amazing! We stayed for 4 days and it is clean, modern, nice and really good. The rooms are clean and simple. The showers are seperated, the cinema room is a great Idea! We loved it there. So many people from all over the world! The kitchen is simple but okay! Good Job!!!
One of the best places I have stayed. Huge clean rooms, each bed has an outlet. The activities the hostel sponsors are run by a set of sassy Colombian twins who were great.
pretty happy with the hostel overall -- staff were generally friendly and modern facilities. however... within a couple of minutes of making up my bed i noticed 2 bed bugs crawling on my linen. i was horrified but decided to simply disuse the top sheet which the bugs had been crawling on. mistake. the air conditioning which is not adjustable was so cold that night. would recommend staff check linen before issuing and that air conditioning can be adjusted in each room.

Great clean rooms with plenty of locker space. There was never a wait for showers and the staff was always super helpful. The free walking tour guide, Erica, was very helpful and amiable.
Extremely modern hostel, well decorated with great common areas and showers were immaculate and plenty of them. Even in a 12 bed there was plenty of room and was never a struggle to get a shower.
Soulless hostel, the staff were not very helpful, one of the beds in our room was double booked creating a big argument at 4am. Showers were blocked with hair. It wasn't a bad hostel, but we expected a lot more for the price and the online profile - allegedly one of the top ten luxury hostels in Europe! Nothing special about this one, go somewhere nicer for the same price or cheaper! If you are looking for somewhere friendly, this is not the place.
Great hostel. Only complaint is the beds were a bit squeaky so you could hear when people were moving around through the night. The hostel activities were great, I did the flamenco sdancing with Pablo. It was a very small group in an awesome little underground venue and you got to ask questions to the dancer and musicians. I also did the free walking your with Harriet which wa such a great way to see the city. Overall great hostel and awesome activities!
