We had a really nice stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Friedrichshain is a really fun area with lots of good bars and a lot of character. This hostel was great for our first visit to Germany. Everything was good, clean and friendly. Great location if you came from shonefeld airport. Great breakfast for only 2 euros. Very near to the subway. I really recoment this hostel and I will come back for shure. This was a pretty good hostel. It is a few metro stops from the city but much cheaper than hostels in the city so it is worth it. It is also in a really good area, close to a big shopping centre which has everything you could need. Kitchen was large and well stocked. The only real annoyances were that the wifi only worked on the bottom floor and the door to the room didnt lock automatically so you had to rely on people remembering to lock it (which they rarely did)This was a pretty good hostel. Very clean nad nice hostel. My single room was nice and comfortable, good and new bathrooms. I was very pleased. Only one detail: single room is behind 6 bed dorm so I had to go through 6 bed room. Very clean hostel (and this is very important to us). The staff was amazing with a lot of tips from the city. They have bike rental. The room was ok. The showers are very clean and near the metro, but at Berlin, forget the metro and rent a bike, definitly the best way to know all the city.Very clean hostel (and this is very important to us). Comments I read before going complained about the location of this hostel, but I thought it perfect- the area is full of young people, excellent and affordable bars and restaurants, great atmosphere, and it's a convenient ride into the center on public transit or the bikes you can rent from the hostel. i found the hostel a bit far, but the metro lines in berlin are very good, so you can get anywhere easyly.
beackfreas IS NOT included, but it is only 2 euros.
