The best hostel in Mongolia! Great central location with free train station pick-up, ultra secure, über clean and cosy dorms/bathrooms and kitchen, and a fun place meet and exchange travel advice with fellow travelers. UB Guesthouse is a one-stop place for all your tour needs too; the very wonderful and hospitable Bobby (the owner) arranges the best value tours and train tickets anywhere in UB, you won't be disappointed. UB Guesthouse is a home away from home. Stay here with confidence. The best hostel in Mongolia! Ok hostel thoughs beds are weirdly hard and the pillow is smaller than tiny. breakfast is free but is just white bread with jam or nutella so don\'t too excited beforehand. Instant coffee available all day. Staff friendly though I think you can arrange a better tour (we were offered ice valley without ice as Oct and a waterwall that was \"probably\" dried up at that time of year.) Would stay here again but would check elsewhere first as only ok.Ok hostel thoughs beds are weirdly hard and the pillow is smaller than tiny. breakfast is free but is just white bread with jam or nutella so don\'t too excited beforehand. This was my second time guesthouse experience, and it was fantastic! Staff were very helpful and kind , rooms were clean, and the location is very central and excellent. My trip was a stopover on my way to China and I really had good time and next time I come to Mongolia again, I'll definitely be staying here again. highly recommend. This was my second time guesthouse experience, and it was fantastic! Well organised but it's out the back in a really dodgy block, wouldn't want to be going out at night from here. Close and lock all your windows when you sleep here, a girl in my dorm got all her stuff stolen by a guy who scaled to the second floor balcony at 3am and jumped down and ran away. Swear he must have been a ninja, the drop was EPIC. Staff are great for helping you out though and I've never seen so many laminated signs with multiple EXCLAMATIONS in my life. UB guesthouse has very good tours and is very central. Mr Kim the owner does like to try and get every last dollar from you and the area is slightly dodgy. i would still suggest you visit it though.UB guesthouse has very good tours and is very central.
