A good crowded litle place in the city centre. Staff excellent.

The organization is a bit chaotic but for the price, it's a great value and owners/staff are quite nice. The tours they offer are quite fair but I think you may be able to get better details and value if you shop around

Best service I ever experienced in a hostel. However, there should be a wifi connection as one computer is just not enogh for one hostel. Furthermore, they should let people get access to the computer all the time.

Great location, but quite a hard sell on their tours and excursions. Not much in the way of communal space.

UB seems to have some more competition from Golden Gobi, and it really needs it. We had an alright stay (2nights) but the beds were extremely uncomfortable and the place didn\'t have a great atmosphere. We also did a 6 day tour through UB and it was not good value for money; our van was faulty from the beginning and journey times were doubled as a result. The guide spoke no English but was friendly enough - our complaints to the hostel meant we got 10 dollars refunded, but if doing it agai...   Read Owner Comments

There were four of us together so they organised a tailor made 2 night tour for us. Had a great time. The two in charge run an outstanding and efficent ship. They must have collected 16-20 from the train station the morning we arrived. Provided plenty of great advice and tips also for UB. Highly recommended, and a bargain at $5 per bed per night.

We knew we were going to get good service when we saw the girl at the station holding a printed name card for us. They were very good at keeping in touch online when we were changing our arrival dates. Very helpful getting me medical help and genuinely concerned and very helpful with the police when we were robbed (not in the hostel) There was talk of moving to a big, better location, just hope they don't take that awful sofa.
