this is my 2nd time here in USA hostel and everything is same, nice room, great location, helpful staff. And it's good news that the building is finishing the renovation work by the end of nov, so it deosn't look "old" or scary any more! more power to you. this is my 2nd time here in USA hostel and everything is same, nice room, great location, helpful staff. Location is good where you able to access to places to visit around tsim tsha chui(avenue of star,symphony of light,SOGO,harbour city)and mong kok easily.However,the security is a minus point for this hostel as anyone can easily enter the building eventhough with security guard. Building is old and dimm and is kind of scary if u r walking alone to ur room.Not recommended for ladies who plan to stay here. ony one staff is friendly -- jeffry. other staff is good only in first day when i came but in the last time (vacation of jeffry) they are not friendly and not attention to me anymore!!!! They give me another hotel which is not the one that i booked. they give me a more lower & cheaper hotel, and they said i booked that one. The picture is not same as advertise in website.( And the air circulation not good, people smooked on another room, my room also can smell it. The worst is i saw the hotel operator there also smoke. I just know my hotel full of smoke, cannt sleep very well. There seemed to be infighting amongst the staff. I was in the hall checking internet, and the management shut the door without asking if I had my key. I was locked out for 20 minutes, and security heard me banging on the door, and told me that this happens every night. He had to wake up the staff to let me in. I think the management is trying to punish the staff for some reason, and using the guests to do it.There seemed to be infighting amongst the staff.
