Great hotel friendly staff

Just the best Hostel I've ever seen, or stayed at. Top notch place with a great staff.

The hostel's good, but the area is quite sketchy.

I stayed in this hostel five years ago and it was much better then. Smaller bar now and ridiculous noise issues. While we were there i was woken up by a fistfight right outside our room. No control was attempted of noise levels after 12pm. No sleep and regimented (read rude)staff who cared little for the quality of peoples experience with the hostel.

Good staff, good value, good breakfast, Nice hostel to stay just 5 min walk from Hollywood boulevard and from one metro station to Universal Studio!!!

This hostel is right in the middle of Hollywood. How much you enjoy your stay will be effected by what that means to you. I found Hollywood pretty gross but the hostel itself is perfectly fine. Pretty big party culture which I enjoyed but was hard to avoid. Facilities are nice and each room gets it's own bathroom which is real good. Good hostel, no complaints.

It´s a good hostel, very safe, breakfast included, helpful staff and informations. Offered tours are good ideas but not unfortunately not very good quality. It´s a big hostel, for that a bit impersonal and almost too strictly organized. But over all good value.

This Hostel was sweet. Very secure and very well organised. There was one night where a bunch of people came back drunk and woke everyone up - I didn't care though, that's just what happens at hostels. Some other (older) people got pretty upset though. loved it though. seriously.

Staff was not friendly. My entire check out process happened without the staff speaking to me. Very clean and safe!

wish i could stay there for 10 days in may , but i think they have a time limit

Nice breakfast. Good location. Lots of activities on offer. Bunks not so sturdy - a lot of movement when someone rolls over. Good wifi. Laundry soap provided for decently priced washing facilities. Nice staff

Good value for money with a decent breakfast included in the price. Secure hostel and the rooms, with a key card required for access to both, 1 large locker included felt a little flimsy though. A decent location with public transport quite near by, good if you want to see the tourist sights in Hollywood. Nice and clean, staff offer assistance when asked. Overall I am happy with the accommodation.

Had a great stay here. Very clean, comfortable dorms, a bar with cheap drinks if you want to stay in and very close to the heart of tourist Hollywood. Staff were helpful with tours and other inquires. I would definitely recommend staying here.

location in hollywood is great. the bus to santa monica was really handy and the staff all very nice. we had to pay for the pubcrawl (not sure where that money went), but it was fun nontheless. all you can eat BBQ was great. a bit exxy, but a nice place to stay.

My only negative comment is that the wifi is unreliable.

A few too many rules and a lack of character that you want from a hostel. Less focused on meeting other travelers and having fun and more importance on clean, tidy modern facilities. Resembled more of a school camp. Would reccommend if you want a comfortable, quiet stay to break up the usual non-stop hostel life, but not if you want to party.

GOOD: everything is just good!! Really nice breakfast, great staff, the beds are so comfortable!!, they have a lot of activities everyday, the hostel is super safe. To improve: the wi-fi conection is the worse I ever use in a hostel and also people from the staff walked in for "room check"or "bed inspection" and didnt even knock the door and you could be naked (I was in a female dorm and was a guy who walked in)

WIFI is really poor.

Without a doubt the best hostel I've stayed so far! Superclean, good location, great beds with privacy board, bedlight and power outlet, good and free breakfast, fun activities such as pubcrawls, free walking tours and free beach shuttles. Staff is amazing, so much fun and extremely helpful, staff even hangs out there when not working, that shows how much they love their jobs! Only thing that could be better is the wifi reception in some of the rooms. Other than that, absolutely incredibly fun!

Great bar, dorms are good with ensuites.. Just a minute from the star walks..
