GOOD: everything is just good!! Really nice breakfast, great staff, the beds are so comfortable!!, they have a lot of activities everyday, the hostel is super safe. To improve: the wi-fi conection is the worse I ever use in a hostel and also people from the staff walked in for "room check"or "bed inspection" and didnt even knock the door and you could be naked (I was in a female dorm and was a guy who walked in)

Without a doubt the best hostel I've stayed so far! Superclean, good location, great beds with privacy board, bedlight and power outlet, good and free breakfast, fun activities such as pubcrawls, free walking tours and free beach shuttles. Staff is amazing, so much fun and extremely helpful, staff even hangs out there when not working, that shows how much they love their jobs! Only thing that could be better is the wifi reception in some of the rooms. Other than that, absolutely incredibly fun!

Location was great. Right off Hollywood Blvd. Walking distance to clubs, bars, and theaters. Metro is only a few blocks away as well. Driving is close to 101 Holldwood Fwy. Parking is a bit challenging but certainly feasible. They had a comedy show Sunday night that was pretty cool.

I was here over Christmas and had a wonderful time. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. There are lots of activities, an excellent free breakfast and cheap food each evening. My room was spacious and I likes the personal light and privacy board. There are lockers with power points inside- genius.

A lot of good tours arranged! It was pretty noisy in the morning. And whoever talking in the hallway can be heard inside the room. I was woke up by the steps from upstairs. Bathroom in the room were good but in a 6 bedroom it gets demanding at times.

The free breakfast was amazing, those pancakes mmmmmmmm. Each bed having it's own power outlet and privacy screen is a very good idea, and also having the power outlet in the lockers is so handy! The 'all you can eat' nights are cheap and tasty, hamburger and hotdog night is the best! I'd stay here again for sure!!

This hostel is located footsteps from Hollywood Boulevard, metro station, tourist sights, bars and awesome food. Security is great nobody without a swipe card can get in, awesome activities that enable you to meet people, free BBQ nights, super friendly and informative staff..definitely recommend staying here if you're in LA!

The place is awesome! I highly recommend it! Location is just nearby Hollywood with convinient transit. The staff, they re just superb!! Everyone is friendly and helpful. Basically you can ask them everything n they will find the answer for you! I appreciate their help! The room is clean too. There is only one thing. Since its shared dorm, so not everybody is quiet and disciplined (yup!), so if u re a light sleeper, u d better bring a earbug or simply buy one at the vending machine at the place

Jamie and Melie with just amazing hosts. They made my experience so much better with their tips as well as just fun to talk too. They help everyone with all sorts of requests like parking in good spots, how to do the laundry, how to make pancakes, chatting when having a drink, putting names on guest lists in hostels, etc. they are so much fun thank you for being the best hostel i have ever stayed in. Cheers, Dran from Australia

Typical big hostel, treat you like a number. I had to ask specifically for a towel, they wouldn't print my boarding pass for me, even when I offered to paid. Individual tables made it hard for a solo traveler to meet people. BBQ was 90% bun and 10% meat and salad. Basically a big, cost cutting corporation with the thinnest toilet paper I'd ever seen, inedible free pancakes, and free coffee so terrible nobody drank it coupled with a 10am check out!! Def. wont be staying here again.

Staff cleaning your room everyday. Clean and goo kitchen. Staff is very helpfull. Lobby is so cool with ping-pong-beer, bar and TV's. Good place to meet people and make friends. They have a lot of cheaper tours(everyday there is a different tour..bervelly hills walking tour, hollywood sign, pub crawl, 6 flags, Free shuttle to Santa Monica beach), discount in nightlifes.

Had a really great stay here!! The hostel offered so many cheap or free activities!! Every day was filled with activities and we could've even used an extra few days!! Rooms were very good, power points in lockers and next to beds were great! Very friendly staff, and delicious $6 BBQ for dinner!! Great place to stay, and area of the location is pretty good. Thanks for our stay!! :)

The staff were very helpful and the hostel had lots of activities to do each day. The breakfast was excellent and very good value. Prepared leaflets and map was very clear. Perhaps there could have been a free shuttle to another place in LA as opposed to just Venice and Santa Monica beaches, as the buses are very slow and time consuming? The bar inside the hostel was playing music very loudly one night and a staff member frequenting the bar refused to acknowledge it or turn it down.

A very nice place to stay and enjoy the life of Hollywood. The staff is very friendly and they very aware of the needs and particularities of hostel visitors. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to save some money from accommodation and spend it to the night life.
