Great hostels! It's worth what we paid. Clean, very safe (lockers for everyone), the bedside light is great so you don't have to bother other people in your room when you come in, very friendly staff, great location, fair breakfast! I loved it! Would definitely stay there anytime I go to SF!

Really nice hostel with a nice staff! Rooms are quite good, the breakfast is good and the hostel have a nice location (just some blocks from the Union Square). When I come back to San Francisco, I intend to stay in the USA Hostels again!

This hostel was great! Excellent security, prime location and huge common room for cooking, drinking, socialising etc. Only problem was that some staff were a bit...apathetic I guess is the word. Didn't really tell you what was going on, where to go etc. I'd still stay again though, staff are really a small part of your stay in a city right?

Every hostel should send their staff here and see how things are meant to be!!! Helpful staff, great atmosphere, lots of little things that make your stay a very pleasant one (outlets everywhere, individual lights and INDIVIDUAL OUTLETS!!), awesome location and all the facilities you need. I will definitely stay here again when I'm back in Frisco!

Overall good experience except for the airport shuttle incident. I booked a shuttle through the hostel and the shuttle company canceled the reservation. Although the shuttle company informed the hostel in advance, the hostel never informed me of the cancellation. Subsequently, I had to take a $50 cab to the airport and almost missed my flight. I was furious.

It is a very nice place with decent common place and separate showers, toilet and sinks. Made my stay a lot easier.

This hostel was awesome! It's got a great common room complete with a pool table and kitchen area which is ideal for meeting new people! It's within a short walk of public transport to everywhere! The staff are super friendly and helpful and the organised events by the hostel are great fun. I stayed there by myself and loved it.

Overall this was a very nice hostel. The staff was courteous, the rooms were cleaned everyday, and the common room was amazing and big. There was a pool table, a foose ball table, and plenty of tables. I didn't use the laundry area but it was conveniently located near the common room. I stayed in a four bed en suite and the bed was merely ok. The hostel seems to have lots of activities and suggestions, although I only went pub crawl and walking tour (Brendon, the guide, was awesome).
