UYTA Kirov Holiday Center is located in the center of Yalta in a unique historical place: manor of XIX century of Princes of Baryatinsky 'Selbilyar' («the Cypress grove»), constructed in style of the French Renaissance with the wonderful park is created by fine conditions for unforgettable rest in Yalta, improvement and effective treatment. Centenary park of three thousand cypress trees, evergreen subtropical and relic plants form the unique micro climate guaranteeing pure and curative air. Distinctive feature of park - four medical phytozones which are growing out of the joint project of experts of the Nikitsky Botanical Garden and Scientific research institute of Sechenov.
