I didn't get to stay at this hostel even though I booked a dorm bed and a deposit was taken from me. When I rang the hostel to confirm my booking they said they had no knowledge of it. I was left high and dry. Still waiting for my deposit back. And where's my $50 money back guarantee if a booking isn't honoured? I'm waiting on that too.
