Con: Reception at night was rude. Had a cat running around jumping on beds. I am allergic to cat. had no wifi while I was there. Two guy went party and reception remove stuff on the bed and give away their bed at mid night to some girls. Guys return discover there is girls in their beds had to change room at 4 am which wake everyone up. Reception at night is rude and most horrible guy. Location is far from the square. Try to charge me more when check out. Pro:clean.comfy bed.had kitchen.Locker

Great affordable hostel. The kitchen facilities are good and I'd like to note they DO have a refrigerator. The staff is very friendly and kind. I had a taxi pick up at 4:30am and they made sure to walk me to the taxi and ensure that I was safe since it was such a late hour. There isn't much of a social scene but that's what the clubs are for! Loved it and would definitely stay again if I find myself in Cusco.

I loved staying at this place and would recommend it hands down to anyone staying in cusco!! It was a magical time and it helped so much to know that while we were hiking the trek our bags were safe; that while we were there our rooms were secure, clean, that fhe staff was friendly and reliable... Our rooms were cleaned every day by staff and our things left untouched. There's a beautiful sunroom up top with a kitchen/ dining area that is just wonderful, great atmosphere, a balcony,

If you are looking for a good place to stay and you don't care about anything this is the place, nice rooms and good staff, the only thing are the bathrooms, can be a little bit better

Great value for your money. It was really nice to have both large lockers in the room and a shelf area by the bed. Plenty of bathrooms. Friendly atmosphere, was able to meet some cool people. Only wish the desk would have recommendations for things to do or see.

Staff met us very badly. Mocked of our questions. When we arrived there was no water in the hostel. The showers are terrible. Taken not work. Too bad the service, wanted to leave the hostel as soon as possible

Great staff, very convenient location, close to the downtown but far enough for some peace and quiet. The rooms are comfortable and the common area is spacious and well located. Incredible value for the money. Highly recommended!

Rooms are good, kitchen alright with no fridge, wifi works with a few downtimes, it's clean and the location is a little bit outside of the main plaza, but still not a long walk. What I did not appreciate is one of the staffs is quite deceptive and he lied to me, which is why I left for another hostel. FYI, going to Hydroelectrica solo without arranging transp at the hostel, costs between 25-45 soles, depending on you and it's really easy.

We stayed only one night but really liked. The room was a 6 bed dorm and was really big. The kitchen was big and well equipped, but no fridge. The staff was great, and we booked our salkantay trek with them. Everything happened as we plan. The problems are that there was only one energy plug in the room, no individual lights, so in the middle of the night a guest arrived and turn on the lights of the whole room and part of the ceiling was dangerously low. Just 1 bathroom on the floor.
