First,she does not speak English very good, and when my parents and I arrived, she was not waiting for us. We rang the bell for 20 minutes till she opened the door and she was shocked of our arrival.Secondly, the place is very very well located and i guess it was the only good point of the place. Room was very cold and heaters were off and she said heaters will be off on first of march while it is not true, and i asked her to turn it on because my father was sick, and she just did it for 1 hour.
