This was a cool place to stay, very friendly and welcoming. Bathroom and kitchen were great. The only weird thing is that the top bunks were really high!!! Hostel is right in the middle of Ullapool which is such a beautiful place.

This hostel is actually two hostels, there being a separate unit with three sets of living quarters several streets away. High quality, but an awful omission is that there is only one toilet in the building - and that is inside the bathroom! There was no handbasin in our room, meaning that all ablutions had to be done in the bathroom. That gets the bathroom busy for much of the time - and all the other dwellers locked out of the toilet. Spoiled it for us, and we are not fussy people at all.
