We checked in late... and it took sometime for the person to give us the keys to our room.... The only good thing is that the room is nice... the bathroom was alright... Overall it felt like being in a cottage... or like tuscan city.. which is what Pisa is... So I thought it was comfortable! There was also an amazing wi-fi connection! The security is a bit off... there is no reception desk... so anything could have walked into our room after the cleaning person didn't close our door...

Great location,the place was very neat. TV had english channels,breakfast was good. Recommended.

It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was great! They were incredibly helpful and friendly, and really helped us to make the most of our time in Pisa.

Great location, large and clean bathroom. Staffs were very helpful. Full of great travel advices. And they are always smiling!

Loved staying here and only wish it was for longer. Very central and had everything that was needed for an enjoyable visit. Thanks to Rafael for going over and beyond to make my short stay here comfortable!

Great place for couples to spend nights in Pisa; high quality rooms and very clean. Not far from Pisa station. When we arrived the host recommended places to see, eat and some other tips, great service. Recommended.

one beed vas defect in my room with 4 beeds. the rest was o.k.

When we arrived, the guy at the reception told us the hostel was fully booked whereas we had a reservation ! Such a disgrace ...! We went to another hostel ... Nothing else to add !!!

Location and price great, but the security lockers were broken and there was no food/drink provided - the description had said "Coffeè, toasted bread, milk, jam" . You had to pay for items from a cooler cabinet. The description needs to be amended to show this.

As a female traveling alone, I felt there was no security AT ALL. There is a jar of keys at the entrance. There is no female dorm. They just put you in a room and tell you they will try to not put anyone else with you. My window, accessible from the street, was broken and fixed with tape. No toilet paper or clean dishes. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Upon arrival we were greeted with a highly questionable story about the apartment below our being flooded, and as such we couldn't stay in ours. We were instead offered a lift to another hostel much further away from the center, sadly there were no good places to eat and the new hostel was very basic. No breakfast (maybe B&B means something else in Italy?) In my opinion, they were using a well placed, charming hostel to get multiple bookings, then using those bookings to more unpopular hostels.

They did not receive our reservation information. Thank god the guy called a hotel that had a room available. better yet we settled the price for the night at 60 euro. The hotel was very nice and the service was excellent.

My husband and me recommend the hostel, was very clear, fun and near all the things.
