This was a great hostel. The only problem that we really had is that when we arrived, there was no one there to let us in. We had to wait over an hour, but other than that, everything was perfect. There were two extra empty beds in our room, even though we had the private room, so that was odd, but the room was huge. I would definitely recommend staying here!

I didn't actually manage to stay at the Under the Tower hostel because even though I booked days in advance they had no room for me.

As it was Easter monday the cleaners hadn't turned up so we had to wait from 10.30 till after 3pm to get into our room.. The girl apologised though. Also we left the following day at 9.30 am which was too early for the shuttle bus. We had to pay €18 to get us back to the airport.

The Inn Keeper was not in when we arrived, luckly other vistors opened the door and instructed us how to call him. None of this was explained when booking made. Which I would suggest. However he arrived within 5 mins of our call and showed us our private room and restroom. It was a large room with 5 beds, there was only 3 of us but it was a clean.

First of all we have to say that we went to the address indicated and no one was there when we where ringing the bell. A man came from a car and tell us that they were doing works and he gave us a lift to the place to sleep. It was in another quartier, where the room smelled like paint but fortunately they tried to correct their mistake by putting us up in a huge room. But anybody send me an email telling me that they have moved into another place, despite booking one month ago.

We checked in late... and it took sometime for the person to give us the keys to our room.... The only good thing is that the room is nice... the bathroom was alright... Overall it felt like being in a cottage... or like tuscan city.. which is what Pisa is... So I thought it was comfortable! There was also an amazing wi-fi connection! The security is a bit off... there is no reception desk... so anything could have walked into our room after the cleaning person didn't close our door...
