Great locatiOn second time we stayed there, first night terrible. The 4 bed room on d ground floor:road was extremely noisy, the airxonditioner sounded like a car motor, d bathroom was small but ok, however the owner kept us waiting for a v long time and did not answer the phone.

We wanted a basic cheap room and we got what we wanted. The room was clean and had a an en suite. There was a kitchen next door with a fridge and cooker we could use if we wanted to. The location was fantastic - almost within sight of the Leaning Tower

I have never stayed in such a peaceful Bed and Breakfast. It was the best choice we could do. It is a flat with kitchen, refrige, computer with free wifi. Everything was pretty clean, the staff is really kind ans helpful. It is just 10 min walking from the station and 10 second from the tower.

The staff was very friendly, they even fixed a taxi for us. The window had a hole in it that was taped with ducktape. The matrass in the bed was old and crappy, and there also was no toilet paper. There was free access to the internet, which was very nice!

Under the tower is not ordinary "hostel experience". It is more like staying in a fully furnished, nice apartment. Except you pay the price of a hostel. The location is perfect. It is secure. The beds are extremely comfortable. Rafael are so nice and accommodating.

I paid the same price for all the hostels I stayed in in Italy and this one was definitely the best! It was worth so much more than what I paid! I felt like I was staying in a 5* hostel.

We were in the annex which was approx 300metres from the main building. The annex did not have a kitchen or a working fridge, the loo did not lock, the sheets were clean, and we had access to the kitchen down the road, would not use this hostel again, and I'm not really such a fussy person.

I gave 24hrs notice cancellation and they still charged my account. Not only did they charge me but they never responded to my three emails. It was a medical emergency too... very unprofessional and heartless!

Pros: SUPERB LOCATION (next door to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, located on the main historic street Santa Maria), AMPLE AMENITIES (ie/ decent bathroom, good kitchen, wifi, ) Cons: FINISHING TOUCHES (ie/ the light switches were malfuncting or still being installed, the shower head needs to be repaired/replaced - sometimes it's the little things like this that make a stay mediocre) Overall: 7/10 - I would consider staying there again.

key did not work in locking or unlocking our room so we had to wait for someone to fix it (THERE IS NOBODY EVER AT RECEPTION - a couple were waiting over an hour to check-in). the bed broke while he was fixing the lock and he knew what the noise was so it must happen all of the time because i am not fat! when he put new lattice on, it didn't fit properly so i cut my leg on it numerous times. BREAKFAST IS NOT INCLUDED! which is unusual for a place that calls themselves a b&b. never again!
