Felt like a large hotel. No oven in kitchen. Overall, a good place to rest your head. I would recommend Five Elements Hostel over it personally for the atmosphere and additional activities during the evenings.

This hostel was very impressive. We were happy with the cheap breakfast and wifi which worked well throughout the entire hostel. The staff was wonderful and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Would have liked a little bit of a better location but the hostel was so close to a U Bahn stop that is really didn't matter.

The location is perfect, in the street that connects Frankfurt Main Station (Hauptbanhof) with the European Central Bank, within walking distance with the city centre. Hostel was quite clean and its decoration is really cool with all those paintings and colourful bright lights. 24 hours staff was so kind and helpful, and they give us some advice of places to see in the city. The area near the hostel seems a little bit unsafe at night, but the centre of the city is really close.

Too expensive hostel. Not at all value for money. And beware that you might have to pay for every basic necessities like electricity or internet. Internet is free for only first three hours.

Loud music at entrance was discouraging. But it calms down when you get into the reception behind

There was a weird off putting smell, which I think was the oil and other things from the back of the McDonald's next door that shared the back hallway, but once in the room it was fine. There is a 5 Euro deposit on the card key, but in the shared room, you need to leave it in the holder by the door to keep the electricity/lights running. I was worried that someone would steal my card and whenever someone left (even for the facilities) the card needed replacement...

The hostel was ok, clean and well located. But it had kind of an upper class bordel look that wasnt so nice. It was not cosy or inviting. I didnt like the fact that you need your card to access the bathroom.... sometimes you are in a hurry and you have to look for the key!

the atmosphere in this hotel is scaring, it looks like a casine, while a hostel in my own view should be more warm and welcoming. The staff has been also rude with me, and in general they didn't seem the most happy person ever. Then I didn't get the fact that you have to pay extra money to have a little lamp on your bet and to make the stock on the wall working... that's really stupid.

Pro: Very clean, modern hostel in the middle of Frankfurt. Con: Incredibly rude staff. When trying to find them, I went to Frankfurt Hostel by mistake - the people there were very considerate and pointed me in the right direction. Based on my very brief experience, I would choose them over United.

Good clean rooms bit on the small side tho so if more than one person is out of bed can get in eat others way(6 person dorm) . Good chill out room with huge tv and kitchen with all you need to cook. Breakfast is available for 4.60 euros and is good.
