when i took a shower, only hot water flew out. so I had to take a shower at the shower room.

Great location, very clean and modern place. Breakfast is also fantastic.

Good location in distance to the main station. Right next to a porn store and hookers. Friendly staff. No lockers. Bathroom looked clean, but smelled like pee. Beds were fine. Lounge was ok, but didn't meet any young people.

most comfortable bed of any hostel for our entire trip

My second stay and they were better on the second stay then they were on the first. I really enjoyed the breakfast which was not free but well worth the money. I've been to a lot of Hostels throughout Europe and they are all unique and have a mark of remembrance which I definitely will remember with this one.

Worst hostel experience ever! "Free WiFi" is a fraud, you have to pay for anything but super-slow WiFi that you have to confirm again and again every few minutes (instead of every 3 hrs as claimed). Super dirty floor in my room. Breakfast is pretty poor compared to the value-for-money you get everywhere around in bakeries and cafes. Atmosphere is super bad, no one hanging around at the bar, no interesting people to meet. The bar didn't have any cocktails or longdrings though claimed on menu.

Wi-fi connectivity was very poor. Plus, guests are expected to sign-in every three hours. Hostel receptionists/management was sub-par. They did not offer any insights on the hostel facilities such as common area, etc.. Nor did they offer a tour of the hostel. They even did not proactively offer a map of the city or any recommendations on city sites. They did not proactively explain the wi-fi set up. Overall, the employees at the reception weren't warm. The ratio of toilet to rooms was poor.

Great loction close to the main station, the facility where very clean and well looked after with ample storage space for locking your bags away. Breakfast cast €4.50 but was all you can eat and good value because you can alway pack a bit for lunch. Would definently use again.

Hostal very clean and nice. Missing details like a stool in the shower and soap. There are only two toilets for every plant and were very dirty. Otherwise all good and correct.

Very clean and accessible hostel. Just a 5 minutes walk from the central station. Staff were very nice and approachable. However WiFi was bit slow.

I arrived in my room to discover that the only bed available still seemingly had a prior guest's dirty sheets on. Instead of these being changed, I was asked by the employee assigned to deal with the problem, whether I had sniffed the sheets yet. "They smell clean to me, I would sleep in it" - okay then, I guess I'm sleeping in someone else's sheets tonight then. Thanks for sorting out the issue, Bjorn!

please provide calm spaces

The smell in the stairways is awful. The room, bed, locker box are good, but the toilets, showers have all NO hanger for soap, towels or the toilet seats have no desinfection spray...all seems very sterile, at least in the second floor, where I stayed.

I stayed at this hostel for a night. The staff were nice and it is not that far from the main station, but I didn't like the shower room. It was way too small to fit in and there wasn't space to put my clothes.

Good location, only few minutes walk from Frankfurt Main Train Station. Excellent facilities.

The room was well laid out, clean and comfortable. I like that the large dorms had room dividers and the bunk beds were solid, so you don't wake up every time someone moved. However, I take issue with a place that says they have a kitchen but only provides microwaves. A simple stove top would have made a big difference. It's also very expensive, and I'm not convinced that a clean dorm room in a good location justifies that cost.
