Good location, but... Very bad service, I felt like a bank account on two legs for all my stay. Every thing in this hostel made me fill like a stanger. The employes are rough and are not there to make you feel good. There's no commun area and the hostel it self is very average. In fact, I didn't like my stay.

This was by far the worst hostel I stayed in during 2 months of travel. The facilities we unimpressive and the staff came into my room at 2 in the morning and woke me up to see what time I was checking out! I would not recommend this place to anyone!

When I checked in, the hostel staff were drunk, and not helpful at all. They charged me 20 euros for a key deposit, and weren't around the next morning to serve breakfast or give me back my deposit. Terrible staff, unclean bathrooms, and overall not a pleasant experience.

When I first arrived I had to wait 45 minutes before entering my room because they were cleaning. Also in order to leave my bags I had to pay 2 euros per bag. The guy who answered the door was quite cold and not very hospitable. In addition, when I came back to enter my room I was charged a security deposit of 20 euros to receive my key. The next morning when I was about to leave me I had to bang on the kitchen door to wake up the so called owner to give me and the other lodgers our money back.

Great location and comfortable beds. The one staff member was great, but the other was face down in a toilet puking the night that I stayed here. The next morning I sat around for an hour trying to check out but nobody was there (the guy puking was supposed to be on duty). Stay here for the price and the location, but not if you're looking for fun in the hostel.

The staff was nice and there were regulars hanging out that made the night quite interesting. Only two bathrooms so good luck if you need it in the morning or before going out to dinner. No storage lockers. Perfect location, right on Gran Via and close to two metro stops.

This place was a fine place to stay. The location was awesome, not too far from the airport. The staff was nice enough. The rooms as well as the bathrooms appeared to be fairly clean. There was a common kitchen that had everything you might need. My only negative comments would be that the keys were very hard to use, the staff were often not at the front desk early in the morning which made checking out difficult, and after staying in the hostel for 3 nights, I am now covered in flea bites.

there are only 2 bathrooms for all the rooms,so you have to wait for more than 20 minutes in a huge queue in the hall, even if you dont want to have a bath, but just pee.Rooms are very very small and so do the beds.someone about 1.80 can only sleep on his side curling up.Everything in this hostel is prohibited, even to hung out your towels in your own bed.Free Breakfast is a CHEAT, there is only some toast bread and marmalade, no butter, no cheese, nothing more!!absolutely not worth the money!!
