Staff and Location very good. Room is pretty average, Beds surround the room and there is no place to put your bag!

The location is awesome. You really can´t beat that. I do recommend this hostel. It was clean and had a lot of information about bars, clubs, and tourist attractions around Madrid.

Was only there for a night, but noticed a few odd things, like the fact that they kicked everyone out at 11 in order to clean... no internet and no common area (except for the kitchen). Was good for a one day stop, but would elsewhere for a longer stay.

Not really impressed with United World. One of my friends had his ipod and camera stolen from their bag (the security lockers are tiny and cost 1 euro). The breakfast is bread and jam and run out early. Would not recommend it.

Staff are fantastic! Not a very good place if you want any sleep as bright lights and noise streams in through the windows all night.
