The hostel was a bit hard to find but I think thats just Budapest.Bars and good places are within walking distance and you can buy all kind of tourtickets right at the reception.Lots of freebies (maps, breakfast they even had drinks also) Highly reccomended!!!

Budapest is a very nice city, we spent a lovely week-end with friends and we had a lot to do : visit, drink, food and party... The hostel is good too, but we had a very bad surprise the last day, we saw one bed bug on a bed, and 2 or 3 of us got bitten... Maybe some of you don't know about this little insect, but it is very difficult to eradicate when you come back on your own flat with some of them... Good luck!

This place is great! It's located near a lot of cool bars and an easy walk to many sights. I would definitely stay here again!

Good hostel overall. two computers for general use, although they both run a little slow and only one works with youtube or other video/music. Breakfast wasnt anything to brag about, but it was free breakfast nonetheless, nice added touch. The only thing I didnt like was that they shut down the common room/computers around midnight so you are kind of stuck either going out or going to bed. Nice location, about 15 or so minute walk to get to the tours on the pest side of town.

Unity Hostel is possibly in the best location in Budapest; near the river, near the shops, near the hot baths. The hostel its self is great! The staff are so friendly and willing to show you the best attractions and sights of Budapest. The beds are comfy, the bathrooms clean! The hostel is so relaxed i felt like i was at home! Would love to stay there again!

The hostel itself is very nice, especially the attic rom where you could hve a double bed to yourself in a dorm! However, big minus was that there was noone at reception when I arrived.. could have been on the street for hours if a resident and a guest hadnt let me into the building/hostel. Then after 30 mins waiting I had to call the man for him to come over. A number of other times there was nobody at reception either.. really hope they sort that out. Everything else is great though .

i loved this hostel. The location is perfect (although it's not the easiest to find) and the staff are great (i received an email with very specific and helpful details of how to reach the hostel), giving really helpful information. The room was lovely, although I did ask for a double bed and got a twins. Fully recommend this place.
