Directions given via booking email were TERRIBLE! No interaction with people, and the kitchen was missing some major basics! Then although i have been refunded, i was charged for not turning up, ORGANISATION!! Its a university, not exactly inspiring stuff.

There was nobody around, so being on my own, I want a busy hostel. NOt wonderful but it was clean, etc..
