This hostel was very clean! It felt like it was in the midst of a very ghetto part of London though. Everything was great, until at about midnight, a homeless man was making a huge disturbance in the shared kitchen. I don\'t know how he got into the hostel, but it was kind of scary. Waaay better than being in a dorm, you get your own room for a similar price, clean and efficient, great location. i had been told by westminister university staff that internet connection was free if I was going to stay more than 7 night but eventually it was 10 pounds. They conveniently misplaced my parcel for more than 2 wks despite claims they really checked & I TRUSTED them! It was my first parcel from Home. I had to trouble Royalmail's signature trace and the greatest mockery was, their KIND Lady by name of Azara Roger, who signed for my parcel 2 wks ago, was the same one who double assured me she has checked thoroughly. SO all that assurance is for Convenient Incompetence? Ecellent Hostel. Perfect location. Hoxton is a great place to enjoy the night life and near to the tubes.

They did not have my booking when I arrived. The next day I had to go to a different room, which hadn't been cleaned at all after the guest before me, including the bed - disgusting. When I complained, the night guard said he couldn't do anything. Also, most doors close with a loud bang - no good condition for indisturbed sleep.They did not have my booking when I arrived.
