Staff helpful and friendly, breakfast sufficient (fresh fruit not available like on pictures), rooms get cleaned every day (cleaning staff moved our belongings, which we didn't approve of), ensuite bathroom too small. We needed to sit square on the toilet, because there was not enough space for the legs between toilet and shower. Rooms out to the back are quiet, even if the window is open. Being on the same floor with a school class was very noisy at nighttimes. Nice try but could be more comfy.

Really nice hostel, good kitchen facilities. Staff are all really friendly. Free breakfast was great, they even had chocolate milk. Loved the balconies in the dorm rooms.

I used this hostel as accomodation during a conference. I had a private room with a private bathroom. The room was very tiny but everything was clean. Only the WiFi did not work very well. My devices hardly connected and when they were connected the signal was very low. The breakfast is okay if you just want cornflakes, toast, cheese and jam (drinks: coffee, orange juice, tee, hot and cold milk, Nesquik and water).

If I had spent there only the first night, I would have had nothing to complain about. This hostel would be very good value for your money. However, on the second night I was very disappointed with the receptionist when I told him at 2 a.m. some guests were making too much noise. Instead of solving my problem, he just answered me: "It's a question of mentality." I think he should be fired! When you book a bed, you hope you can have enough silence to sleep, especially that late at night.

It is likely its name "unreal hotel". Wonderful! there is a large space to relax or drink with other people. It is near the centre and the subway station. All staff are very friendly. They speak English very well and guide the guests carefully. We have the happy time in your hostel. With a low price but we have already received a lots. Thanks to unreal hotel. If we have a chance to come back Lisbon, we will stay at your hostel.

I stayed in the 10x mixed share room and it was absolutly sufficient for 4 nights! Lisboa is worth a visit and if you don´t like to pay much, the unreal hostel will be a good choice. The breakfeast is all right, thou continental, but they have cheese :) . The mattresses are hard, but already the second night you aon´t notice this anymore. enjoy

It was indeed a very good stay! I liked it! perhaps the hostel should consider stating it clearly on the website that there are no 8-bed dorms because there are only 4 or 10-bed dorms. I ended up having to use the public toilet because there were people queuing to use the private bathroom.

This hostel had everything I could ask for...... free breakfast, nice kitchen facilities, free internet, and free towels. It was also clean and had friendly staff. It is on a direct bus route from the airport as well as to downtown or it is only a 20-30 minute walk into the "center". Overall, this is a great hostel!
