At the arrival the staff gave us the key of the largest apartment, that was awesome. However the apartment was out of hot water and heat, then we call the office and they quickly sent someone to move us to another apartment that was not so big (but still great) and the facilities were working perfectly. The apartment is in a very good location and someone can easily walk to the subway from there. I would highly recommend this apartments for who is traveling with more than 4 people.
